1. Introduction

This website concerns the Integrated Judicial Case Management System for Civil and Criminal Proceedings and provides information and electronic services related to the electronic filing of court documents, the electronic submission of applications for and receipt of certificates, the search of court dockets/ exhibits in civil and criminal proceedings, and the monitoring of case progress, in accordance with the applicable legislation.

Access to and use of this website are governed by these Terms of Use. By accessing and using the website, the user unreservedly accepts these Terms. The competent authority may amend these Terms at any time. The current version of the Terms of Use is published on this website. The operation of the website may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons.

 

2. Definitions
