Citizens, lawyers, public sector entities and businesses have direct and secure access to key judicial services and information without the need for physical presence. Through a modern and user-friendly digital environment, users can electronically submit legal documents and applications for the issuance of certificates, search court dockets and exhibits related to civil and criminal proceedings, and remotely track case progress in real time from any location with internet access or via their mobile devices. This significantly enhances the efficiency and quality of service delivery, fundamentally transforming the user experience by improving both timeliness and effectiveness.
e-Filing / e-Case File
For access to the Electronic Filing service for pleadings, written submissions, and related documents, as well as the Electronic Case File service, lawyers will be redirected to the Hellenic Bar Associations Plenary Portal (portal.olomeleia.gr).
Civil Procedure Docket Search
View scheduled court dockets for the next 15 days and obtain information on newly filed and adjourned cases. You can also view the posted docket exhibit in detail.
Civil Case Progress Search
Easily track the progress of a case by searching with the court, the General Case Number (G.A.K.) or the Individual Case Number (E.A.K.), and the relevant year.

View scheduled criminal procedure exhibits and access related case information.
Applications / Certificates
Submit applications electronically for the issuance and collection of certificates using TaxisNet credentials by individuals and legal entities, and using public administration credentials by Citizen Service Centre (KEP) employees.
