The Ministry of Justice is committed to making this portal and its mobile application accessible, in accordance with the provisions of Law 4727/2020 (Government Gazette A’ 184), as in force.

3. Compliance Status

This website fully complies with the accessibility requirements set out in Article 39 of Law 4727/2020 and with the WCAG 2.1 Standard (Level AA).

Specifically, the website and application incorporate the All in One Accessibility website accessibility widget, powered by a dedicated accessibility server. The widget provides a range of functions for persons with disabilities, including individuals with visual, hearing, cognitive, and motor impairments. Through this widget, accessibility issues relevant to WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance are addressed.

The assessment of the website’s and application’s compliance with the requirements of Directive (EU) 2016/2102 and the WCAG 2.1 Guidelines (Level A and Level AA) was carried out through:

Pursuant to Article 42(4)(b) and Article 45(1) of Law 4727/2020, any interested party has the right to:

2. Request information concerning the compliance status.

In the event of an unsatisfactory response, the interested party is entitled to refer the matter to the competent institutional authorities, including by submitting a complaint to the Greek Ombudsman (https://www.synigoros.gr).

8. Regular Review

The Ministry is committed to reviewing this Accessibility Statement at least annually, and also following any significant changes to the structure or content of the website, in accordance with Article 42(1) of Law 4727/2020.
