Prosecutors Office to the Court of First Instance of Katerini
This notice provides information, in accordance with the applicable general and specific legal provisions, regarding the operating days, public service hours, lawyers' access, as well as the official holidays and half-day holidays of the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of Katerini, as follows:
A) Operating Days
Pursuant to Article 1(1) of the Legislative Act of 29 December 1980, ratified by Article 1 of Law 1157/1981 (Government Gazette A' 126), a five-day working week, from Monday to Friday, is established as the standard working schedule.
B) Public Service Hours
Members of the public may access the offices of the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of Katerini on every working day from **09:00 to 15:00**, pursuant to Article 1(6) of Ministerial Decision No. DIADP/G2g/oik.1692/2006, entitled *"Establishment of Working Hours for the Arrival and Departure of Employees of Public Services and Public Law Legal Entities"* (Government Gazette B' 769), as amended by Article 6 of Ministerial Decision No. DIADP/FB/14757/2011 (Government Gazette B' 1659).
C) Access for Lawyers
Pursuant to Article 34(2) of Law 4194/2013 (*Code of Lawyers*, Government Gazette A' 208):"Lawyers shall be granted unrestricted access to Ministries and Public Authorities upon presentation of their professional identity card, on every working day and at any time, without any temporal or other restriction."
