Exceptions: Access outside the above communication hours is permitted in exceptional circumstances, such as in urgent cases concerning interim measures proceedings and the issuance of interim orders, where the Presiding Judge on duty has jurisdiction to rule, in the filing of a legal remedy due to the expiry of the statutory time limit for its exercise and in any other case deemed necessary by the Presiding Judge on duty, in which case the hours are extended until 03:00 p.m.
The same applies in cases involving escorts under the flagrante delicto procedure and the conduct of the main judicial investigation. In extremely exceptional cases, interested parties may contact the competent Head of Department.
